American Campus Communities (ACC) Raises Quarterly Dividend 5% to $0.42; 3.6% Yield

American Campus Communities (NYSE: ACC) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.42 per share, or $1.68 annualized. This is a 5% increase from the prior dividend of $0.40.

The dividend will be payable on May 27, 2016, to stockholders of record on May 16, 2016, with an ex-dividend date of May 12, 2016.

The annual yield on the dividend is 3.6 percent.
