AmTrust Financial Services, Inc. (NASDAQ: AFSI) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.10 per share, or $0.4 annualized. This is an 11.1% increase from the prior dividend of $0.09.
The dividend will be payable on July 16, 2012, to stockholders of record on July 2, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of June 28, 2012.
The annual yield on the dividend is 1.4 percent.
