Altera Corp (NASDAQ: ALTR) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.10 per share, or $0.4 annualized. This is a 25% increase from the prior dividend of $0.08.
The dividend will be payable on September 4, 2012, to stockholders of record on August 10, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of August 8, 2012.
The annual yield on the dividend is 1.3 percent.
