Alliance Financial Corp (NASDAQ: ALNC) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.32 per share, or $1.28 annualized. This is a 3.2% increase from the prior dividend of $0.31.
The dividend will be payable on October 2, 2012, to stockholders of record on September 18, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of September 14, 2012.
The annual yield on the dividend is 3.6 percent.
