Alexander & Baldwin, Inc. (NYSE: ALEX) today declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.315 per share, payable on September 3, 2009 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on August 6, 2009.
The ex-dividend date is August 4.
With A&B clsoing at $23.02 today, the dividend is yielding 5.47%.
