Alamo Group, Inc. (NYSE: ALG) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.07 per share, or $0.28 annualized. This is a 16.7% increase from the prior dividend of $0.06.
The dividend will be payable on January 30, 2013, to stockholders of record on January 16, 2013, with an ex-dividend date of January 14, 2013.
The annual yield on the dividend is 0.8 percent.
