Airgas, Inc. (NYSE: ARG) today announced that the Board of Directors declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.18 per share, or $0.72 annualized.
The dividend is payable on December 31, 2009 to shareholders of record as of December 15, 2009. The ex-dividend is December 11, 2009.
Yield on the dividend is 1.5%.
Airgas, Inc., through its subsidiaries, distributes industrial, medical, and specialty gases, as well as hardgoods in the United States.
