Aimco (NYSE: AIV) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.20 per share, or $0.8 annualized. This is an 11.1% increase from the prior dividend of $0.18.
The dividend will be payable on August 31, 2012, to stockholders of record on August 17, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of August 15, 2012.
The annual yield on the dividend is 2.9 percent.
