Sears Holdings Corporation (Nasdaq: SHLD) 21% HIGHER; reports Q1 EPS of $0.38, ex-items, or $0.21 on a GAAP basis, versus the analyst estimate of ($0.88). Revenue for the quarter was $10.06 billion, versus the consensus of $10.06 billion. Domestic comps fell 7.4%. Also annouced that it successfully extended the maturity date of its revolving credit facility by entering into an amended credit agreement which has an expiration date of June 22, 2012.

Accelrys Inc. (Nasdaq: ACCL) 16.1% HIGHER; reports Q1 loss of $0.05, 1 cent better than the analyst estimate of ($0.06). Revenue for the quarter was $20 million, versus the consensus of $20.66 million.

Autodesk, Inc. (Nasdaq: ADSK) 14.7% HIGHER; reports Q1 EPS of $0.18 adjusted, 10 cents better than the analyst estimate of $0.08. Revenue for the quarter was $426 million, versus the consensus of $419.07 million. Eliminating 430 jobs.

Excel Maritime Carriers Ltd. (NYSE: EXM) 11.2% HIGHER; reports Q1 EPS of $2.42, ex-items, versus the analyst estimate of $0.69. Revenue for the quarter was $222.1 million, versus the consensus of $109.32 million.

Aruba Networks, Inc. (Nasdaq: ARUN) 11.1% HIGHER; reports Q3 EPS of $0.01, 2 cents better than the analyst estimate of ($0.01). Revenue for the quarter was $45.8 million, versus the consensus of $42.79 million.

Zumiez Inc. (Nasdaq: ZUMZ) 9.7% LOWER; reports Q1 loss of $0.06, 2 cents better than the analyst estimate of ($0.08). Revenue for the quarter was $76.8 million, versus the consensus of $76.52 million. Sees Q2 loss of 17c to 14c versus loss of 7c consensus.

Safe Bulkers, Inc. (NYSE: SB) 9.6% HIGHER; reports Q1 EPS of $1.14, versus the analyst estimate of $0.64. Revenue for the quarter was $46.9 million, versus the consensus of $50.54 million. Declaration of a dividend of $0.15 per share for the first quarter of 2009.

MedCath Corporation (Nasdaq: MDTH) 8% HIGHER; reports Q2 EPS of $0.31, ex-items, 11 cents better than the analyst estimate of $0.20. Revenue for the quarter was $158.9 million, versus the consensus of $158.64 million.

Red Robin Gourmet Burgers, Inc. (Nasdaq: RRGB) 8% LOWER; reports Q1 EPS of $0.47 adjusted, 13 cents better than the analyst estimate of $0.34. Revenue for the quarter was $270.8 million, versus the consensus of $274.23 million.

Verigy, Ltd. (Nasdaq: VRGY) 7.6% HIGHER; reports Q2 loss of $0.44, versus the analyst estimate of ($0.65). Revenue for the quarter was $71 million, versus the consensus of $61.64 million. Sees Q3 revs up 10-25% sequentially.

SkillSoft Corporation (Nasdaq: SKIL) 7.4% HIGHER; reports Q1 EPS of $0.19, 7 cents better than the analyst estimate of $0.12. Revenue for the quarter was $76.4 million, versus the consensus of $75.77 million. Sees Q2 EPS of $0.13-$0.14, versus the consensus of $0.14 and revs of $75-$77 million, versus the Street estimate of $76.4 million. Black Box Network Services (Nasdaq: BBOX) 7.2% HIGHER; reports Q1 EPS of $0.48, versus the analyst estimate of $0.64. Revenue for the quarter was $241.3 million, versus the consensus of $239.70 million.

Dress Barn (Nasdaq: DBRN) 6.7% HIGHER; reports Q3 EPS of $0.39, 8 cents better than the analyst estimate of $0.31. Revenue for the quarter was $375.7 million, versus the consensus of $362.30 million. Same store sales rose 3% during the quarter. Raises FY09 EPS guidance to $1.00-$1.05, versus the consensus of $0.88.

Salesforce.com, Inc. (NYSE: CRM) 6% LOWER; reports Q1 EPS of $0.15, 4 cents better than the analyst estimate of $0.11. Revenue for the quarter was $304.9 million, versus the consensus of $304.73 million. Sees Q2 revenues $312M to $313M versus $319.2MM. Sees Q2 EPS 14c to 15c versus consensus 13c.

Pacific Sunwear of California, Inc. (Nasdaq: PSUN) 5.3% HIGHER; reports Q1 loss of $0.13, 16 cents better than the analyst estimate of ($0.29). Revenue for the quarter was $223.5 million, versus the consensus of $214.48 million. Sees Q2 loss 11c to 17c versus consensus of a loss of 10 cents.

Foot Locker, Inc. (NYSE: FL) 5.1% HIGHER; reports Q1 EPS of $0.14, ex-items, 1 cent better than the analyst estimate of $0.13. Revenue for the quarter was $1.216 billion, versus the consensus of $1.23 billion. Same store sales fell 2.4% during the quarter.

Western Digital Corp. (NYSE: WDC) 5% HIGHER; will replace Embarq Corp. (NYSE: EQ) in the S&P 500

Aeropostale, Inc. (NYSE: ARO) 4.8% HIGHER; reports Q1 EPS of $0.47, 1 cent lower than the analyst estimate of $0.48. Revenue for the quarter was $404 million, versus the consensus of $404.65 million. Sees Q2 EPS of $0.43-$0.45, versus the consensus of $0.37.

Campbell Soup Co. (NYSE: CPB) 3% HIGHER; reports Q3 EPS of $0.48, ex-items, 6 cents better than the analyst estimate of $0.42. Revenue for the quarter was $1.686 billion, versus the consensus of $1.79 billion.

Hibbett Sports Inc. (Nasdaq: HIBB) 3% LOWER; reports Q1 EPS of $0.38, in-line with the analyst estimate of $0.38. Revenue for the quarter was $157.7 million, versus the consensus of $162.28 million. Sees FY10 EPS of $1.03-$1.17, versus the consensus of $1.13.

LDK Solar Co., Ltd. (NYSE: LDK) 2% HIGHER; reports Q1 loss of $0.21 versus the analyst estimate of ($0.08). Revenue for the quarter was $283.3 million, versus the consensus of $239.97 million.
