Adams Express Co. (NYSE: ADX) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.05 per share, or $0.2 annualized.
The dividend will be payable on February 1, 2013, to stockholders of record on February 15, 2013, with an ex-dividend date of February 13, 2013.
The annual yield on the dividend is 1.8 percent.
