AT&T (T) Raises Quarterly Dividend 2.2% to $0.47; 5.6% Yield

AT&T (NYSE: T) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.47 per share, or $1.88 annualized. This is a 2.2% increase from the prior dividend of $0.46.

The dividend will be payable on February 2, 2015, to stockholders of record on January 9, 2015, with an ex-dividend date of January 7, 2015.

The annual yield on the dividend is 5.6 percent.

“Returning value to our shareholders is a top priority and we’re pleased that this is the 31st straight year we’ve increased our quarterly dividend,” said Randall Stephenson, chairman and CEO of AT&T.
