ADTRAN, Inc. (NASDAQ: ADTN) reports Q2 EPS of $0.34, 4 cents better than the analyst estimate of $0.30. Revenues for the quarter were $131.18 million, versus the consensus of $127.94 million.
Also, ADTRAN's Board declared a quarterly dividend of $0.09 per common share, payable on August 14 to shareholders of record on July 31. The ex-dividend date is July 29.
