A.O. Smith Corp. (NYSE: AOS) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.20 per share, or $0.8 annualized. This is a 25% increase from the prior dividend of $0.16.
The dividend will be payable on August 15, 2012, to stockholders of record on July 31, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of July 27, 2012.
The annual yield on the dividend is 1.6 percent.
