Lindsay Corporation (NYSE: LNN) has declared a 7% increase in its regular quarterly cash dividend to $0.075 per share, payable August 29, 2008, to shareholders of record on August 15, 2008. The regular quarterly cash dividend was previously $0.07 per share. The new annual indicated rate is $0.30 per share, up from the previous annual indicated rate of $0.28 per share.

Lindsay Corporation (Lindsay) is a designer and manufacturer of self-propelled center pivot and lateral move irrigation systems, which are used in the agricultural industry to stabilize crop production while conserving water, energy, and labor. [SM]

KeyCorp (NYSE: KEY) today announced that its Board has declared a quarterly dividend of $0.1875 per common share, payable on September 15 to shareholders of record on September 2.

The dividend represents a 50% reduction from its dividend of $0.38 last quarter.

KeyCorp operates as the holding company for KeyBank National Association that provides various banking services to individual, corporate, and institutional clients in the United States.


Reynolds American (RAI) Approves Quarterly Dividend Jul 18, 2008 02:02PM

The board of directors of Reynolds American Inc. (NYSE: RAI) today declared a quarterly cash dividend on the company's common stock of $0.85 per share ($3.40 per share annualized). The dividend will be payable on Oct. 1, 2008, to shareholders of record on Sept. 10, 2008.

This is the 17th consecutive quarterly cash dividend that Reynolds American has declared since it became a publicly traded company on July 30, 2004. RAI's policy is to return about 75 percent of the company's current-year net income to shareholders in the form of dividends. [SM]
