United Community Banks (UCBI) Raises Quarterly Dividend 66.7% to $0.05; 1.3% Yield

United Community Banks (NASDAQ: UCBI) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.05 per share, or $0.2 annualized. This is a 66.7% increase from the prior dividend of $0.03.

The dividend will be payable on January 2, 2015, to stockholders of record on December 15, 2014, with an ex-dividend date of December 11, 2014.

The annual yield on the dividend is 1.3 percent.
