Silver Bay Realty Trust (SBY) Raises Quarterly Dividend 50% to $0.09; 2.3% Yield

Silver Bay Realty Trust (NYSE: SBY) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.09 per share, or $0.36 annualized. This is a 50% increase from the prior dividend of $0.06.

The dividend will be payable on April 17, 2015, to stockholders of record on April 6, 2015, with an ex-dividend date of April 1, 2015.

The annual yield on the dividend is 2.3 percent.
