Scotts Miracle-Gro (SMG) Raises Quarterly Dividend 4.4% to $0.47; 3.1% Yield

Scotts Miracle-Gro (NYSE: SMG) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.47 per share, or $1.88 annualized. This is a 4.4% increase from the prior dividend of $0.45.

The dividend will be payable on September 10, 2015, to stockholders of record on August 27, 2015, with an ex-dividend date of August 25, 2015.

The annual yield on the dividend is 3.1 percent.
