Phillips 66 Partners LP (NYSE: PSXP) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.2743 per share, or $1.0972 annualized. This is a 22% increase from the prior dividend of $0.2248.

The dividend will be payable on May 23, 2014, to stockholders of record on May 5, 2014, with an ex-dividend date of May 1, 2014.

The annual yield on the dividend is 1.9 percent.
