Phillips 66 (PSX) Raises Quarterly Dividend 7.3% to $0.34; 2.1% Yield

Phillips 66 (NYSE: PSX) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.34 per share, or $1.36 annualized. This is a 7.3% increase from the prior dividend of $0.3168.

The dividend will be payable on February 13, 2015, to stockholders of record on February 4, 2015, with an ex-dividend date of February 2, 2015.

The annual yield on the dividend is 2.1 percent.
