PG&E Corp. (PCG) Raises Quarterly Dividend 7.7% to $0.49; 3.4% Yield

PG&E Corp. (NYSE: PCG) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.49 per share, or $1.96 annualized. This is a 7.7% increase from the prior dividend of $0.455.

The dividend will be payable on July 15, 2016, to stockholders of record on June 30, 2016, with an ex-dividend date of June 28, 2016.

The annual yield on the dividend is 3.4 percent.
