National Storage Affiliates Trust (NSA) Raises Quarterly Dividend 10% to $0.22; 4.2% Yield

National Storage Affiliates Trust (NYSE: NSA) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.22 per share, or $0.88 annualized. This is a 10% increase from the prior dividend of $0.20.

The dividend will be payable on June 30, 2016, to stockholders of record on June 15, 2016, with an ex-dividend date of June 13, 2016.

The annual yield on the dividend is 4.2 percent.
