HCP, Inc. (NYSE: HCP) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.565 per share, or $2.26 annualized. This is a 3.7% increase from the prior dividend of $0.545.

The dividend will be payable on February 24, 2015, to stockholders of record on February 9, 2015, with an ex-dividend date of February 5, 2015.

The annual yield on the dividend is 4.7 percent.
