First Interstate BancSystem (FIBK) Raises Quarterly Dividend 10% to $0.22; 3.4% Yield

First Interstate BancSystem (NASDAQ: FIBK) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.22 per share, or $0.88 annualized. This is a 10% increase from the prior dividend of $0.20.

The dividend will be payable on February 12, 2016, to stockholders of record on February 1, 2016, with an ex-dividend date of January 28, 2016.

The annual yield on the dividend is 3.4 percent.
