Factset Research Systems (NYSE: FDS) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.44 per share, or $1.76 annualized. This is a 12.8% increase from the prior dividend of $0.39.

The dividend will be payable on June 16, 2015, to stockholders of record on May 29, 2015, with an ex-dividend date of May 27, 2015.

The annual yield on the dividend is 1.1 percent.
