Emerge Energy Services (EMES) Raises Quarterly Dividend 2.2% to $1.41; 9.9% Yield

Emerge Energy Services (NYSE: EMES) declared a quarterly dividend of $1.41 per share, or $5.64 annualized. This is a 2.2% increase from the prior dividend of $1.38.

The dividend will be payable on February 13, 2015, to stockholders of record on February 5, 2015, with an ex-dividend date of February 3, 2015.

The annual yield on the dividend is 9.9 percent.

Based on current market conditions, Emerge Energy is also revising its full year distribution guidance for the year ending December 31, 2015 to $5.25 to $6.00 per unit.
