Educational Development (EDUC) Raises Quarterly Dividend 12.5% to $0.09; 7.6% Yield

Educational Development (NASDAQ: EDUC) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.09 per share, or $0.36 annualized. This is a 12.5% increase from the prior dividend of $0.08.

The dividend will be payable on September 18, 2015, to stockholders of record on September 11, 2015, with an ex-dividend date of September 9, 2015.

The annual yield on the dividend is 7.6 percent.
