Consolidated Edison (NYSE: ED) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.67 per share, or $2.68 annualized. This is a 3.1% increase from the prior dividend of $0.65.
The dividend will be payable on March 15, 2016, to stockholders of record on February 17, 2016, with an ex-dividend date of February 12, 2016.
The annual yield on the dividend is 4 percent.
