Baxter (BAX) Raises Quarterly Dividend 13% to $0.13; 1.2% Yield

Baxter (NYSE: BAX) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.13 per share, or $0.52 annualized. This is a 13% increase from the prior dividend of $0.115.

The dividend will be payable on July 1, 2016, to stockholders of record on June 3, 2016, with an ex-dividend date of June 1, 2016.

The annual yield on the dividend is 1.2 percent.
