Bar Harbor Bankshares (NYSE: BHB) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.265 per share, or $1.06 annualized. This is a 1.9% increase from the prior dividend of $0.26.

The dividend will be payable on March 15, 2016, to stockholders of record on February 12, 2016, with an ex-dividend date of February 10, 2016.

The annual yield on the dividend is 3.6 percent.
