Atlas Pipeline Partners (APL) Raises Quarterly Dividend 1.6% to $0.64; 7% Yield

Atlas Pipeline Partners (NYSE: APL) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.64 per share, or $2.56 annualized. This is a 1.6% increase from the prior dividend of $0.63.

The dividend will be payable on November 14, 2014, to stockholders of record on November 10, 2014, with an ex-dividend date of November 6, 2014.

The annual yield on the dividend is 7 percent.

"We are pleased to increase the distribution for the third quarter, which is not only at a higher level than the previous quarter, but also with increased distribution coverage. As we continue to invest in our assets and serve all of our customer's growth plans, cash flows should continue to increase to the benefit of all stakeholders," commented Eugene Dubay, Chief Executive Officer of the Partnership.
