Associated Estates Realty (AEC) Raises Quarterly Dividend 5.3% to $0.20; 4.3% Yield

Associated Estates Realty (NYSE: AEC) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.20 per share, or $0.8 annualized. This is a 5.3% increase from the prior dividend of $0.19.

The dividend will be payable on November 3, 2014, to stockholders of record on October 15, 2014, with an ex-dividend date of October 10, 2014.

The annual yield on the dividend is 4.3 percent.
