Moody's Affirms SS&C Technologies (SSNC) Ratings Amid Proposed Senior Credit Facilities, Unsecured Notes

Moody's Investors Service said that SS&C Technologies Holdings, Inc.'s (Nasdaq: SSNC)(SS&C) B1 Corporate Family Rating, the ratings for SS&C's proposed senior credit facilities and senior unsecured notes, as well as its positive ratings outlook are not affected by the company's plans to increase its senior notes offering by $100 million to $600 million.
