Moody's Investors Service said Ducommun's (NYSE: DCO) pending restatement of its 2013 audit and delay in filing its financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2014 is a credit-negative event. However, this development does not currently impact the company's ratings including its B1 corporate family rating and SGL-2 liquidity rating. The outlook remains stable.
