iMergent, Inc. (AMEX: IIG) announced its board of directors on June 30, 2009 declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.02 per share on the company's common stock. The dividend is payable on July 31, 2009 to stockholders of record as of July 15, 2009.
To receive the dividend, you must own the shares prior to July 13th.
