Xerox (XRX) to Sell $2B in Senior Notes to Finance Affiliated Computer (ACS) Deal

Xerox Corp. (NYSE: XRX) is reportedly going to sell up to $2 billion in Senior Unsecured Notes to finance its acquisition of Affiliated Computer Services, Inc. (NYSE: ACS), according to Informa Global Markets.

Xerox agreed to buy ACS in a $6.4 billion cash and stock deal back in September.
