Xenonics (AMEX: XNN) has received a purchase order valued at approximately $1.3 million from Aardvark Tactical, Inc. (ATI), Azusa, California, for Xenonics' NightHunter high-intensity illumination devices to be included in ATI's non-lethal force protection integration projects for the U.S. military.
"This is the initial purchase order in what we expect will be an approximately $4.5 million NightHunter procurement program by ATI during 2009 as part of the ongoing force protection procurement program," said Chuck Hunter, CEO of Xenonics.
Xenonics Holdings develops and produces advanced, lightweight and compact ultra-high-intensity illumination and low-light vision products for military, law enforcement, public safety, and commercial and private sector applications.[SM]
