Vox Media to Acquire Noted Tech Blog, Re/Code

Re/Code is being acquired by Vox Media, the New York Times reported late Tuesday. Terms of the all-stock deal were not disclosed.

Re/Code, started by veteran journalists Walt Mossberg and Kara Swisher was split-off form the Wall Street Journal about a year and a half ago. Both plan to remain with Re/Code following the merger, the report said.
