The NYSE contacted Uroplasty Inc. (AMEX: UPI) today in view of the unusual market activity in the company's stock. The company stated that its policy is not to comment on unusual market activity.

Shares of Uroplasty Inc. rose 26% today on volume that was nearly 7x normal.
