Sunrise Senior Living, Inc. (NYSE: SRZ) 58.7% HIGHER; today announced it has entered into a twelfth amendment to its Bank Credit Facility, which eliminates all financial covenants, except a minimum liquidity covenant, through the December 2, 2009 maturity date.

Wyndham Worldwide (NYSE: WYN) 38.4% HIGHER; reports Q1 EPS of $0.41, ex-items, 6 cents better than the analyst estimate of $0.35. Revenue for the quarter was $901 million, versus the consensus of $838.91 million. Sees Q2 adj-EPS of $0.36-$0.41, versus the consensus of $0.36. Reaffirms its FY09 outlook.

Savvis (Nasdaq: SVVS) 36.2% HIGHER; reports Q1 EPS of $0.01, 11 cents better than the analyst estimate of ($0.10). Revenue for the quarter was $221.5 million, versus the consensus of $219.5 million. Savvis sees FY09 EBITDA $190M to $200M, an increase of its previous guidance of $185 to $195 million.

Trinity Biotech plc (Nasdaq: TRIB) 35.7% HIGHER; reports Q1 EPS of $0.12, 5 cents better than the analyst estimate of $0.07 and compared to $0.055 in Q108. Revenue for the quarter was $31.1 million, versus the consensus of $32.52 million. (only 1 analyst covers the stock)

E*TRADE (Nasdaq: ETFC) 32.5% LOWER; reports Q1 loss of $0.41, 1 cent worse than the analyst estimate of ($0.40). Revenue for the quarter was $497 million, versus $699.6 million in the same quarter last year. The stock was also downgraded to Underperform at both FBR and Fox-Pitt Kelton.

Ameristar Casinos Inc. (Nasdaq: ASCA) 25.8% HIGHER; reports Q1 EPS of $0.52, above the analyst estimate of $0.33. Revenue for the quarter was $315.8 million, versus the consensus of $321.1 million. Ameristar Casinos reinstituted cash dividend of $0.105.

BioCryst Pharma (Nasdaq: BCRX) 18.9% LOWER; correcting following a 140% run since Friday amid the swine flu scare.

VisionChina Media (Nasdaq: VISN) 13.2% LOWER; reports Q1 EPS of $0.09, 3 cents lower than the analyst estimate of $0.12. Revenue for the quarter was $27.3 million, versus the consensus of $28.88 million. Backs its FY09 sales guidance of $141-$157 million, which compares to the Street estimate of $151.79 million.

Novavax (Nasdaq: NVAX) 12% LOWER; see BioCryst. Shares of Novavax surged nearly 300% since Friday morning.

VF Corp. (NYSE: VFC) 11.9% LOWER; reports Q1 EPS of $0.91, cents better than the analyst estimate of $0.94. Revenue for the quarter was $1.72 billion, versus the consensus of $1.74 billion. VF Corporation sees FY09 EPS $4.70 to $5.00 versus $5.31 consensus. Sees FY09 sales down 5% to 7%. Discounting quarterly forecast.
