FortuNet (Nasdaq: FNET) 75% HIGHER; announced that it will ask shareholders to approve a special$2.50 per share cash dividend that was approved by the Board of the Company.

Sauer-Danfoss (NYSE: SHS) 30% LOWER; reports Q4 loss of $2.09, may not compare to the analyst estimate of ($0.43). Revenues for the quarter were $371.4 million, versus the consensus of $405.2 million. Sees FY09 loss 1.60 to 2.40.

Champion Industries (Nasdaq: CHMP) 30% LOWER; reported a Q1 net loss of $(293,000) or $(0.03) per share on a basic and diluted basis. This compares to net income of $1,278,000 or $0.13 per share for the three months ended January 31, 2008.

Asbury Automotive (NYSE: ABG) 29% HIGHER; reports Q4 EPS of $0.08, versus the analyst estimate of ($0.04). Revenues for the quarter were $918.4 million, versus the consensus of $1 billion.

Carmike Cinemas (Nasdaq: CKEC) 28% HIGHER; reports Q4 EPS of $2.27 not comparable to the analyst estimate of ($0.18). Revenues for the quarter were $117.4 million, versus the consensus of $115.48 million.

Star Bulk Carriers (Nasdaq: SBLK) 23% HIGHER; reports Q4 EPS of $0.41, 5 cents better than the analyst estimate of $0.36. Revenues for the quarter were $72.8 million, versus the consensus of $59.55 million.

Energy Conversion Devices (Nasdaq: ENER) 23% LOWER; because of the lack of visibility caused by economic conditions, its prior Q3 and FY09 guidance is no longer applicable.

AgFeed Industries (Nasdaq: FEED) 22% HIGHER; reports FY08 EPS of $0.74, 12 cents better than the analyst estimate of $0.62. Revenues for the quarter were $143.66 million, versus the consensus of $139 million.

Nucor Corporation (NYSE: NUE) 14% LOWER; expects Q1 results to be in the range of a loss of $0.55 to $0.65 per diluted share. The consensus was for a profit of $0.43.

American Apparel (NYSE: APP) 11% HIGHER; reports Q4 EPS of $0.05, 2 cents below the the analyst estimate of $0.07. Revenues for the quarter were $145.6 million, versus the consensus of $156.4 million.

First Solar (Nasdaq: FSLR) 9% LOWER; Downgraded at Barclays
