Image Entertainment, Inc. (NASDAQ: DISK) 100.8% HIGHER; announced today that an additional $1.3 million was delivered to Image as security for the payment of the business interruption fee.

La Jolla Pharmaceutical Company (Nasdaq: LJPC) 91.4% LOWER; announced that the Independent Data Monitoring Board for the Riquent(R) Phase 3 ASPEN study has informed the Company that they have completed the first interim efficacy analysis and determined that continuing the study is futile. The Company has decided to stop the study, unblind the data and evaluate the results. The Company expects to provide additional guidance on its strategic options going forward in the near future.

Pacer International (Nasdaq: PACR) 33.5% LOWER; reports Q4 EPS of $0.24, versus the analyst estimate of $0.33. Revenue for the quarter was $503.7 million, versus the consensus of $515.04 million.

Terex Corporation (NYSE: TEX) 31.1% LOWER; reports Q4 loss of $4.84, which may not compare to the analyst estimate of $0.61. Revenue for the quarter was $2.08 billion, versus the consensus of $2.28 billion. Warned that 2009 sale may fall as much at 35% and may default on debt covenants

DuPont Fabros Technology (NYSE: DFT) 28.7% HIGHER; Reported Q4 FFO of $0.30 and FY FFO of $1.30. Upgraded at Wachovia.

Buffalo Wild Wings, Inc. (Nasdaq: BWLD) 28.5% HIGHER; reports Q4 EPS of $0.43, 4 cents better than the analyst estimate of $0.39. Revenue for the quarter was $121.2 million, versus the consensus of $117.38 million. Re-affirms guidance.

BSQUARE Corporation (NASDAQ: BSQR) 27.3% LOWER; today announced that it, on the recommendation of the Audit Committee, determined that the Company should restate its financial statements for fiscal year 2007, and for the first and second quarters of fiscal year 2008. Accordingly, the Company's previously released financial statements for these periods, and all related earnings press releases and communications relating to these periods, should not be relied upon.

New Oriental Education and Technology Group Inc. (NYSE: EDU) 22.9% LOWER; lowers its Q3 sales guidance from $65.5-$67.5 million to $62-$65 million, versus the consensus of $67.36 million.

Astronics Corporation (Nasdaq: ATRO) 22.8% HIGHER; reports Q4 EPS of $0.44, 13 cents better than the analyst estimate of $0.31. Revenue for the quarter was $44.4 million, versus the consensus of $45.52 million. Sees FY09 sales of $230-$245 million, versus the consensus of $191.90 million.

TXCO Resources Inc. (Nasdaq: TXCO) 15.7% HIGHER; has begun a strategic alternatives review designed to enhance shareholder value, which may include a merger or sale. Goldman Sachs & Company (NYSE: GS) has been retained as financial advisor.

AsiaInfo Holdings, Inc. (Nasdaq: ASIA) 15.1% HIGHER; reports Q4 EPS of $0.23, ex-items, 7 cents better than the analyst estimate of $0.16. Revenue for the quarter was $53.7 million, versus the consensus of $49.07 million. Sees Q1 EPS of $0.12-$0.13, versus the consensus of $0.11, and sales of $43-$45 million, versus the Street estimate of $40.67 million.
