Bloomberg reporting Google's (Nasdaq: GOOG) Motorola win in Apple (Nasdaq: AAPL) iPhone and iPad patent case will get a review.
The ITC will review Judge Thomas Pender's findings that Apple was violating one of four Motorola Mobility patents. Google claims Apple infringed its patent related to 3G technology.
A final decision is expected on August 24th and has the power to block devices made in Asia from entering the U.S..
The ITC has delayed the ruling in Google's patent case against Microsoft (Nasdaq: MSFT).
