U.S. Energy Corp. (NASDAQ: USEG) announced today that it has filed a registration statement with the Securities and Exchange Commission for the offering of $100 million principal amount of common stock.
The Company expects to sell approximately $100 million principal amount of its common stock in an underwritten public offering. The price of the common stock will be determined by the Company at the time of the offering.
