U.S. Concrete (USCR) Announces Plans to Relocate Headquarters
U.S. Concrete, Inc. (NASDAQ: USCR) announced today it will relocate its headquarters from Houston, Texas to collocate with its Redi-Mix Regional Headquarters in Euless, Texas. The combination of the two facilities will result in significant future cost savings and improved operating efficiencies, as well as provide other benefits to the overall U.S. Concrete organization. The Company currently employs 46 people in its Houston office and will realize the benefits of staff consolidation at the new location. Individuals affected by the office move are being offered relocation or separation benefits accordingly. It is anticipated that this relocation will be complete on or about July 1, 2012.
