Tyler Technologies (TYL) Continues Its California Success by Adding Five New Contracts
Tyler Technologies, Inc. (NYSE: TYL) announced that it has signed contracts for its financial and citizen management solutions with five public sector organizations in California.
All five clients have purchased a variety of applications from Tyler's INCODE solution to increase efficiencies in their business operations. The new clients include:
-- Mojave Water Agency: 4,900-square-mile service area in San Bernardino County
-- Valley County Water District: 10-square-mile service area in Los Angeles County
-- North Coast County Water District: 12.6-square-mile service area in Pacifica
-- City of Escalon: 7,200 residents in San Joaquin County
-- City of Albany: 16,000 residents in Alameda County
While public sector organizations are increasingly experiencing budget pressures, they are also facing the challenge of operating more efficiently. Many agencies use outdated systems that are not integrated or supported, including in-house developed products and software from vendors that are no longer competitive. A growing number of these organizations are choosing to replace these obsolete systems by investing in an integrated software solution that will enable them to work more effectively and better serve the needs of their constituents.
