TheStreet.com Changes Ticker Symbol to "TST", Seeks Name Change
TheStreet.com, Inc. (Nasdaq: TSCM) today announced a new graphic identity, corporate logo, ticker symbol and corporate web address.
Starting tomorrow shares will being trading under the symbol "TST" on the Nasdaq. In addition, at the next annual meeting the company will seek a name change to TheStreet, Inc., dropping the ".com."
The company said the new brand elements "convey a stronger, more distinctive identity for the Company."
TheStreet also said its Wall Street headquarters has been modernized, making its new state-of-the-art video production studio a major component of the office space.
