TheStreet.com, Inc. (NASDAQ: TSCM) announced that it has appointed Rich Broitman as Chief Accounting Officer. Mr. Broitman had previously been the Company's Acting Chief Accounting Officer, a position he took in May 2009.
"Rich has been a stalwart in our finance department for close to nine years," said Daryl Otte, the Company's Chief Executive Officer. "His steady oversight of our external reporting, budgeting and cost management functions during that time gives me great confidence that he will excel in this new role."
