Taubman Centers Inc. (NYSE: TCO) will replace Syniverse Holdings Inc. (NYSE: SVR) in the S&P MidCap 400 index after the close of trading on Thursday, January 13, 2011. Syniverse is being acquired by The Carlyle Group in a deal expected to be completed on or about that date.
