Talk about being bitter.

Following the blocked deal for AT&T (NYSE: T) to acquire T-Mobile from Deutsche Telekom, T-Mobile is now taking the offensive. According to reports Wednesday, T-Mobile is looking to block Verizon's (NYSE: VZ) deal to acquire more spectrum.

The deal between Verizon, Cox Communications, Time Warner Cable (NYSE: TWC), Bright House, and Comcast (Nasdaq: CMCSA) was announced in late 2011 and valued at $3.6 billion.

T-Mobile argues the deal would put "excessive concentration" of spectrum in Verizon's hands.

Last month, AT&T gave up its attempt to acquire T-Mobile following resistance from the FCC.
