NetSol Technologies Inc. (Nasdaq: NTWK) 41% HIGHER; reported record Q4 results. The company said revenues increased 84% year-over-year to $8.6 million and GAAP net income increased to $1.3 million, or $0.07 per share, versus a loss of ($0.11) in the year ago period.

Kellwood Company (NYSE: KWD) 27% HIGHER; received an unsolicited letter from Sun Capital Securities Group, LLC, indicating Sun Capital\'s interest in pursuing an acquisition of all of Kellwood\'s outstanding shares at a price of $21 in cash per share. The Sun Capital proposal, contained in a letter dated September 18, 2007, is subject to a number of conditions, including completion of due diligence.

LightPath Technologies, Inc. (Nasdaq: LPTH) 22% LOWER; projected fourth quarter sales of approximately $2.2 million, down 33% from last year. Fiscal year 2007 sales increased 10%, to $13.4 million. Also, LightPath has announced that effective September 18, 2007, its Chief Executive Officer, Kenneth Brizel, will no longer be employed by the company.

Doral Financial Corp. (NYSE: DRL) 22% HIGHER; Continues higher following yesterday\'s Fed rate cut. DRL was up 10% yesterday.

Evotec AG and Renovis, Inc. (NASDAQ: RNVS) 13% HIGHER; entered into a definitive agreement under which Evotec will acquire Renovis in a stock-for-stock transaction valued at approximately US$ 151.8 million (US$ 4.75 per common share).

Accredited Home Lenders Holding Co. (NASDAQ: LEND) 18.3% HIGHER; The company and Lone Star Fund have amended their June 4, 2007 merger agreement to settle the pending lawsuit between the companies and reduce the price at which Lone Star agrees to acquire all of the common stock of the Company to $11.75 per share.

China Finance Online Co. Ltd. (NASDAQ: JRJC) 18% HIGHER; Continues recent momentum. On Friday the company announced the acquisition of a Hong Kong securities brokerage firm on Friday.

Mercadolibre (Nasdaq: MELI) 16.5% HIGHER; Positive analyst coverage of the recent IPO

CarMax Inc. (NYSE: KMX) 12.8% LOWER; reports Q2 EPS of $0.29, in-line with estimates. Revenues came in at $2.12 billion versus the consensus of $2.2 billion. Sees 2008 EPS of $0.92-$0.98, versus prior guidance of $1.03-$1.14 below the consensus of $1.06.

Insteel Industries, Inc. (Nasdaq: IIIN) 11.3% LOWER; said shipments for the fourth quarter ending September 29, 2007 are expected to decline in the range of 7% to 13% from the prior year due to weaker than anticipated market conditions.

NutriSystem Inc. (Nasdaq: NTRI) 9% LOWER; Citigroup cuts its price target from $90 to $81, saying the company may be impacted from obesity drug Alli and tough comparisons.
